I have never purchased a refurbished printer before so I was a little hesitant. However, this printer is just like new and did not disappoint. I have already printed enough pages that I have ordered new ink. It is performing exactly as expected and I could not be more pleased!

Priced right all in one color printer. I like the size and ink prices compared to my ten year old HP 8610. The auto feed and double-sided printing are a plus. I am only disappointed that it doesn't have a scan button and that I have to go to the website to scan something (I am not a phone app person). Otherwise contact me in a year - so far I am very happy.
