Me and my Son (14 Y) we both are using this at home and it is working absolutely fine with great features like auto feed scanner and wireless printing from all our devices like Mobile, Tablet and Laptop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

All went smoothly apart from a minor glitch with the colour cartridridge which was quickly resolved by a member of your staff replacing it. The printer full fulfils all our needs at the moment and was an excellent deal with free vouchers.

This was a much needed upgrade from an older series HP printer that didn’t have a sheet feed, the fun times I’ve had printing or copying multiple documents, lifting up the cover and changing sheets. Those days are long gone, just load up the sheet feeder and let the printer get on with it. Instant ink makes life so easy, not hunting around for the best value cartridges, but having them delivered through the post as yours gets towards needing a new one, no faffing!

I found the HP Envy 6432e easy to setup once I had it plugged in and turned on, all I had to do was download the HP Smart app on to my phone and then follow the setup instructions on their. After selecting the printer to setup in HP Smart app all I had to do was enter the password for my chosen Wi-Fi network and the app did the rest setting the printer up and getting it connected. The app then told me how to install the cartridges and guided me through signing up for my 9 month free instant ink trial. Once I had done that all that was left to do was print an alignment page out and scan it so the cartridges were properly aligned.
Size wise the printer is not too big and I like the fact that the paper is stored in a paper tray under the printer instead of being a top loading type, this saves a lot of space. I was also surprised to see it fully supports duplexing so I can print on both sides automatically instead of having to do it manually like I used to have to do on my old printer. It also has a built in flat bed scanner and automatic document feeder which will come in handy if I need to scan a lot of documents in one go.
The HP Smart app is also very useful and allows you to scan documents using your phones camera and then send them straight to your printer. You can also select photos from your phone using the app and send them to the printer. I also like the fact that the app alerts me to any issues the printer may have such as low paper or ink issues.
Overall I am very happy with this printer and the print quality it produces both in terms of documents and photos. It surprising how good the quality of the photos I have printed are considering this isn't even a specialist photo printer. The printer also makes a little sound to alert you when a print job has finished which is useful. My only gripe has been with the instant ink programme from the time of activating it and get an email to say HP had shipped my instant ink cartridges it took around 8 days for them to arrive so I just hope they send them in plenty of time in future before I run out of ink. On the plus side when the instant ink cartridges did arrive HP had sent me two sets and they are much bigger than the standard cartridges you can buy so should last me a while. It's a solid printer and I like the fact that because it is enrolled in the HP+ programme I get an extra years warranty for piece of mind.

I have been enjoying the HP Envy printer since first unboxing it. I usually print around 20-30 documents per week and occasionally I need to photocopy or scan documents. I was looking for a sleek, well-designed printer that wouldn't be too much of an eyesore at my working from home desk. The HP Envy certainly fits that bill as it looks very smart and compact and the all-white styling is very minimal. I like the fold-out paper tray and the simple buttons and lights. I have been using it with the HP Smart software on my laptop and I have encountered very few issues with the connection once it was up and running. I think it will also come in handy in the future to be able to download this app onto my phone and print directly from there. I like being able to print, scan and copy but have yet to use the Mobile Fax function (and probably will be unlikely to do so in the future). I have already had my first delivery of the HP Instant Ink and I think this model of subscription will work well for me and the volume of documents I typically print. Others may find that if they print more than this, it is less suited to their needs. I also like that it encourages environmental sustainability. The print quality is generally very good. I do print some labels which require a very high-quality print and I was slightly disappointed with the outcome of my labels using this printer, however, this printing requires a much higher quality than most people will be using their home printers for, and therefore, this is not a big issue for me. I think one downside for me is that when you opt into HP+, whilst you get the benefit of a year extra warranty and 9 months of free ink, this does mean you are tied into using HP branded cartridges for the lifetime of the printer. For some, this may be an inconvenience. It was very easy to set up and I did it in around 10 minutes. The printer does say it can be set up over wifi, but I was prompted by the HP installation software to insert a cable into the back of the printer and my laptop to finish set up. This was not an issue for me as I already had the required lead from another device, however, if I hadn't had this lead, I may have encountered issues during the set-up process. Overall, I am happy with my HP Envy and I think it is very reasonably priced for the device. The takeaway highlights are the design (complete with different coloured lights and chimes when the printer is on); the ability to print, scan and copy; and app connection.
