Happy day but so annoyed

I utilized this magnificent range at a friend's house. They recently remodeled their kitchen and got new appliances. I was more than happy to take over some cooking duties in order to play with this range. The high heat burner was fantastic to bring water to boil quickly while the convection fan inside was rocking away on the dessert. The reason I'm annoyed. I don't have one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have not used the oven. The front burners are my favorite feature I love how is low the burners go I process about 75% of our food, the burners allow me to process at the needed temperature without turning on & off the burner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The window in the door saves energy by not having to open it to peek in, and the sealed burners are a must to prevent drippy spills

Just had this installed as part of a kitchen remodel and update. Powerful and sleek.
First time with convection and it’s amazing.
Difficulty accessing how to program clock and delay cook feature. Still trying to figure it out.
