[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range close to 8 years ago now and have had 0 problems with it. Oven bakes very accurately and the range has all the power I need for a 24 guest dinner. I would recommend this to anyone and yes I am a professional chef chef with close to 50 years of experience. Thanks Thor! Dean

We were excited to receive a new range from here after hearing some great things from other people. After we received it, we noticed that a control button was installed upside down. After paying a couple thousand dollars for a range that is supposed to be top quality, I’d figure THOR would be prompt to respond to my repair request immediately. Unfortunately, they still have yet to contact me. It’s been a couple weeks now. Other than that, the range is decent. Works as it should by dissatisfied with the customer care.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this range In March from Lowes. My wife bakes sourdough bread weekly and is so overjoyed that we bought this. Heavy duty and well made. This was money well spent!

Just had this installed as part of a kitchen remodel and update. Powerful and sleek.
First time with convection and it’s amazing.
Difficulty accessing how to program clock and delay cook feature. Still trying to figure it out.
