[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have not been able to engage the sabbath mode and I have reached wto whirlpool numerous times and have not been able to reach anyone to help me. At this juncture the day before a major holiday when I am in desperate need of a sabbath mode I am sorry that I did not hang on to my old oven!!!

Without the paperwork I'm lost

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The major problem is that I do not have serial number with which to register my product. No one can find it anywhere. The AI phone call was insulting, saying the serial number had to be there and that I just needed more patience to find the number. I can not activate the warrenty without the serial number. Nor did I get a manual on how to work the oven.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
