[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After installation it worked 3-4 times. After that, it would sometimes heat and sometimes it wouldn't. The time would start going down then stop. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
We have a service call set up for February 17. My husband and I both would rather have the microwave/oven combo be replaced because this is for a remodel of a house we are moving in to and do NOT want to be concerned about this happening again or worse yet, over and over!

Simply Disappointed...

This oven/microwave wall unit came in a new home we purchased and it is the pits. I've never burnt so much food as I have over the last 2 months. Even if I only put one pan it, it burns on the bottom (no matter what rack I put it on, I've tried to adjust the temp down, etc)...I previously had a convection oven, which I loved...maybe I got spoiled with that, but I have tried to adjust to a conventional oven and cooking with less things in there. It's too expensive at this point to replace (we've only been in the house 2 months). The kitchen was upgraded, so just shocked this is the oven that was installed with an 'upgraded, gourmet kitchen' from the builder. I've been cooking/baking for over 30 years and I've never had issues cooking until now. Just very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Combo Look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The builder, Toll Brothers had a lower value split version of oven and microwave installed initially. Due to ordering and installation problems and a limited time to get ready for closing they had to re-build the space and install this excellent, nice-looking combo version. The look is so much better without the extra-large shiny faceplate that the split version had.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to replace old GE oven microwave combo with a whirlpool combo oven and microwave, controls easy to use and having a full size oven is a great benefit, our old one was smaller, love it, wish I bought it sooner, and AMERICAN MADE!
