Simply Disappointed...

This oven/microwave wall unit came in a new home we purchased and it is the pits. I've never burnt so much food as I have over the last 2 months. Even if I only put one pan it, it burns on the bottom (no matter what rack I put it on, I've tried to adjust the temp down, etc)...I previously had a convection oven, which I loved...maybe I got spoiled with that, but I have tried to adjust to a conventional oven and cooking with less things in there. It's too expensive at this point to replace (we've only been in the house 2 months). The kitchen was upgraded, so just shocked this is the oven that was installed with an 'upgraded, gourmet kitchen' from the builder. I've been cooking/baking for over 30 years and I've never had issues cooking until now. Just very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This combo unit has been excellent. Lots of features and looks very nice. The one minor drawback is the microwave door folds down so depending on your situation/setup it could be difficult to reach inside to retrieve your food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I am happy with the new microwave and oven. However, I miss some of the features on my older oven like how many minutes it takes to preheat. I also don't like that the manual does not go into detail on to how to use it. Using the oven and microwave at the same time is frustrating because operation of the microwave requires different functions when the oven is in use. It also doesn't have a standard timer that you can set that doesn't automatically shut off with the oven when the timer goes off. I've also noticed that the microwave door is wider, making it harder to reach inside and wipe down the back of the microwave. Fortunately, I am tall so that is helpful, but if you're a shorter person it would make it very difficult to clean the microwave.
