Somewhat difficult to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] New home build came with this oven as an upgrade. We find the touch panel hard to use sometimes and a bit confusing. The preheat function is quick, the temperature stayed steady. We don't like the broil only being one setting (our old oven had a low/high option).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous Whirlpool Gold was 26 years old before the microwave went belly up. This unit is going to take some time getting use to the operator panel. We wish the display was larger & a card (cheat sheet) with the different selections for baking/microwaving instead having to wait for it to scroll across the display. The beep sound level needs more selections so you can lower it more as its hard on folks with hearing aids..
