Not Great at all, I wish I knew this early.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave door slams easily while closing. No bumpers to control the motion or soft close. The system locks at 0.00 when door opened at that exact time. The alarm keeps beeping every minute to pickup the food but the food is not there. The edges are sharp. The food never cooked evenly for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this microwave/oven combo because our 34 year old Kenmore combo unit had a lower oven element problem that couldn't be resolved. I love the new, stylish unit which inspired us to then replace the old, functioning side by side Kenmore refrigerator and dishwasher as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Pleased, but have questions.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are very happy with the purchase recently. We haven’t used it a lot yet. This model doesn’t have a great amount of features, but it suits us just fine. It’s simple and easy to operate. I would appreciate a written users manual that would cover all the features. There is an option to calibrate the oven, with no info on how to do so. There is also a 1 or 2 choice on beverage, but no info on what that means? Please answer these questions if you can.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Could only give 3 stars after 3 months but then had whirlpool come out Ran the diagnostic on unit ! It needed a new magnetron & inverter ! Works great now but should not have been sold with these issues
