Lots of options

Bought this almost a year ago and took a little to start a program with it (started with the upper body builder programs, then power shred, now back to ubb). I absolutely love it. Good to set up (2 person job for some parts), lots of accessories, feels sturdy and safe!

Game changer in every way

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hated the thought of going to a gym. When I did I would walk around the equipment feeling self conscious and confused of what is a “good” workout routine. Usually findings finding a treadmill and only do cardio.
The home gym changed my back, glutes, quads, shoulders, and arms!! With the Centr app it guides me through actual workouts, I can track my progress in the app. Most importantly I can see and feel the results!
The SF3 and the dumbbells with rack have been awesome. Now when I travel I can visit a gym with the Centr app as a guide keeping me consistent. My body craves working out now!!! Absolutely love it!!! (My wife loves the results too!)

This is a great machine! It's solid and high quality, and it has enough exercise options to let me mix it up. Doing the same 5 or 6 lifts every time gets old, and it's not ideal for training. The Centr 3 allows me to hit each muscle group in multiple ways so my workouts don't stagnate.
The Smith bar is my favorite aspect of the machine. I suffered some spinal injuries several years ago, and that has really limited my ability to keep fit and mobile. In particular, squats were out of the question. My legs still have some good strength, but I have nerve damage that compromises my ability to stabilize the lift. With the Centr 3, I can rely on the mechanical stability of the Smith bar, allowing me to start reversing the muscle loss from years of "taking it easy."
I know I'll never be as strong as I was before my injuries, but with Centr in my corner, I'll be a heck of a lot closer!

The assembly of the machine was straight forward. This is a solid machine with a lot of options. The pully systems operate very smoothly and quietly. I would rate 5 stars, but the integrated smith bar is a little clunky to operate. Overall, this is a very solid machine with options to work from the at-home workout enthusiasts.

Flexibility in Training While Providing Safety

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've owned the Centr 3 for almost a year and it has completely met my expectations! The fact that it includes the attributes of a Smith Machine means I can safely squat, bench and complete other exercises where being unable to finish the exercise might compromise my safety. It also provides so many options/variations for lifts that it doesn't lend itself to that workout "killer" of falling into the same routine.

I recently purchased this smith machine for my home and I must say it is a game changer. I work 12hr+ shifts which make it hard to consistently make it to the gym before or after a long day. This has changed that. I didn’t want to go with plates so having a smith on weight stacks is top tier. The machine is well-built, sturdy and durable, providing a stable base for all my workouts. The cables are smooth and provide a fluid motion that makes working out a breeze. The bench is heavy and stable, making it ideal for lifting weights. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high-quality home gym solution.
