Fantastic Product!

This machine is so user friendly and gets the job done! One question? Sometimes after I make a few copies of a paper the count jumps to 99 or 15 or some erroneous number. Perhaps we are doing something wrong? Thank you.

I really like the multi-function printer. I don't need fax and I wish I could have found one that had all but the fax function, but it's okay - I just don't use it. I haven't been able to complete a wireless connection to my computer, I had to purchase a cable, but that may be operator error . . . Very fast operation. Scanning a document of 85 pages was difficult, but it may not have been meant to do that. I had to break it down into 2 scans to complete it. In the end, I really do like what it does.

Brother printer the way to go

The brother printer is an excellent printer , it was easy to set up, no phone calls to customer service . set up was very direct. I will purchase another copy and I strongly recommend this product for home office or small business.

High quality, fast, easy to setup and no problem connecting to wifi so anyone in the house can connect and printbwith laptop or smartphone.

Works well for my business

I do mortgage signings and print up to 200 page documents. The machine is working well and I have not needed to add a second tray, the multi purpose feed works well for documents that include legal size paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works fast, not as good as old one we had!

We had another VERY old Brother MFC copier/multi-function printer and loved it but it finally died on us. This one is nice, but it does not do double sided copies easily which we thought it would (auto-duplex means to me it will auto-duplex a double sided copy, this does not) - nor does it have a large platten to put larger than an 8/5" x 11" piece of paper to copy. We needed that. It is quick to copy regular pages and the fax works great, but we had to figure out how to make it print a "it sent okay" paper for evidence the fax worked. You can't tell when the faxes are sending all the time, which makes you think it's not working and you try it again and again, not realizing the first time it may have worked.
