Uneven cut. poor initial quality control

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the mower and it wouldn't start. Had to take to have a switch replaced under warranty. Uneven cut even after sharpening blades and using slow speed. Would have to cut twice to achieve even cut.

Bought this mower originally in 2020 as a 60v. Mower worked better than any gas mower I've used in my 70 years. But the batteries died this month. Replacement batteries cost too much for what it would cost to upgrade to newer technology. Plus, the charging system changed. Better off to purchase a new one. If this one dies in 6 years, I'll be too old to buy another.

This is my 2nd Greenworks 80V, 25” mower & I love them. One for home & one at the lake. Just pop in a battery, press start & go. No gas, no oil, no maintenance, much quieter. Cuts as clean as any gas mower I’ve ever used. Also have a 3000 psi pressure washer that’s incredible too. I’ll be buying many more Greenworks products in the future. Huge fan!
