I bought this Keurig for the construction crew that is renovating my home. It’s been perfect for them and when they’re done I’m going to move it to basement bar to use at parties.
My Keurig stopped brewing. I phoned the service number and was directed by a very friendly person. We could not get it brewing. They helped with determining the warranty period and sent me an email to complete to order a replacement. It was very easy and I have a new coffee maker.
