Machine died in under 1 year

I decided to do a descale on this product using the Keurig brand brewer cleanse kit and after the machine stopped working entirely. This product was less than a year old and it broke after using Keurig's own product to clean it. I Reached out to customer service and was told that the machine is out of warranty and I would have to by a new one. i do not recommend this product.

Coffee Maker

This is the second coffee maker I have had that has just stopped. It would call for water and the water container was full. I would put the pod in and it would spit and would have coffee grounds all over. I have followed all the directions . Not happy. Is it this so called New One that is not working? as I know others that have a different Keurig and they aren't having the problems as I am with this one.
I have a very tiny Airbnb, and had the previous small one that was difficult to use. Then I replaced with the bigger one that was easier to use, but it took up so much counter space. Now, this one is just perfect. Easy to use and doesn't take up too much space.
Our 3-year-old K-Slim stopped working correctly, and I had to get a new coffee maker. This is the fourth Keurig we have owned. I like that I can choose the cup size and also choose to make a strong cup of coffee, if desired.
Bought this to replace our other Keurig, which finally stopped working after about 7 years. This one takes up less space, holds more water, and doesn't require any warmup time before you can make your much needed morning cup (or in my case, cups) of coffee. Two thumbs up!
I bought this K-Express to replace my K-(103?) that had I received in a raffle where I worked. The machine lasted well over three years; and it was time for a new machine. Enter the K-Express. I love the water reservoir -- as opposed to pouring one cupful of water per brewing cycle in the former machine. I'm loving the option for 8, 10, or 12 ounces, and for the "stronger" setting. My new machine has a nice slim profile, which is perfect for my apartment kitchen. Also, this brews practically instantly, which makes this morning coffee-lover very happy! Oh! it reminds me that my water reservoir is low, too. Another feature that I find helpful. Yes, I can see the water level, but the indicator light is a nice treat.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Keurig EVER!

I have owned several different Keurigs in the past. This is ALL the best Keruig features in one unit. Slim for RV (or home) countertop, 42 oz water reservoir, auto-on with the lift of the pod handle, auto-off after 5 minutes, "Strong" button (best newest Keurig feature), and is a great price!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Died after 10 cups

I really enjoyed this coffemaker, until today. I put the coffee in, hit the button, worked for a few seconds and then died. It is now DOA and I have no clue as to why. Plenty of water, worked great before.
