My K-Express suddenly stopped working but Keurig customer success was awesome. I bought my original machine under a guest account and I no longer had my POP but they were able to search my email and find my order so they could ship a new machine, gratis, since it still fell within the year warranty.
I hope this K-express maker last longer than my last K-express!! This is the 2nd time I've had to return this model. I'm sole user and only use filtered water. Why is this maker so faulty???
Great response to an issue while under warranty. Love the product. Excellent value. As a elderly person I appreciate products that are uncomplicated to use.
THIS IS MY FOURTH KEURIG COFFEE MAKER. IT IS A WARRANTY REPLACEMENT UNIT AT THAT. ALL OF MY OTHER KEURIGS BROKE WITHIN 60 DAYS BECAUSE THEY ARE POORLY MADE. I HOPE THE FOURTH ONE WILL BE AN EXCEPTION!
