Ok I basically like this unit but there is one issue that is a real pain everyday I use this coffee maker, so I am going to give this a harsh rating to make my point. According to the manual, there is supposed to be a way to set STRONG BREW MODE as the default, but IT DOES NOT WORK. I tried everything imaginable and even called support and they too gave up frustrated and just sent me another unit under warranty. Guess what? The new unit has the exact same problem. Evidently there is some defect in the software that does not allow you to set this default. Very disappointing because every morning I have to needlessly press the STRONG button. This is just plain bad product design or quality assurance.
Easy to use. I love the variety of options that I have for my morning coffee. My keurig express is so easy to use and more importantly easy to clean. When my last one malfunctioned It was replaced quickly. The 3 sizes to choose from and strong option are fantastic. It's compact and light weight for easy moving around as well. I have no regrets buying it.
It was disappointing that the purchased machine completely failed after a relatively short time, even with regular maintenance. The phone rep talked me through the warranty replacement process, which was relatively simple since I already had a digital receipt for the original purchase. The replacement arrived within a week. Hopefully it will have a long functional life.
I purchased my first Keurig about two months ago, first time user and I’m hooked! However, I had a problem about one month in and Keurig was very responsive to my problem. Not often does one find a company that follows through on their warranty. I can now continue to get a cup of coffee when I want with ease! KUDOS on your service and product.
