It was disappointing that the purchased machine completely failed after a relatively short time, even with regular maintenance. The phone rep talked me through the warranty replacement process, which was relatively simple since I already had a digital receipt for the original purchase. The replacement arrived within a week. Hopefully it will have a long functional life.
I purchased my first Keurig about two months ago, first time user and I’m hooked! However, I had a problem about one month in and Keurig was very responsive to my problem. Not often does one find a company that follows through on their warranty. I can now continue to get a cup of coffee when I want with ease! KUDOS on your service and product.

My K-Express suddenly stopped working but Keurig customer success was awesome. I bought my original machine under a guest account and I no longer had my POP but they were able to search my email and find my order so they could ship a new machine, gratis, since it still fell within the year warranty.
