The perfect little coffee maker for our office! It's just the right size for our limited kitchen counter space. And it's so nice to be able to brew a single cup since we've wasted so much expensive coffee on a 12-cup machine for so long.

I've had several different Keurig models over the years, and the K-Express is my favorite. After 8 months of use I did the 2nd de-scaling, and at the completion, the K-Express would not draw water for brewing, After going through all of the trouble-shooting steps, I contacted support and was sent a replacement. Very easy process.
