This is my 4th K Machine and I dont know why I come back. They keep breaking down. This last one cupper lasted 10 weeks. Replacements are always freely provided but you have a quality control issue. The one time I got a non Keurig it lasted 3 yrs. This is my last Keurig machine.

The whole replacement process was handled very promptly and professionally. I received the authorization of approval within a little over an hour from my phone call with the Keurig representative. The delivery of the replacement product was a bit delayed/slow taking almost a week to arrive. The new one works well, actually better than the original.
