after less than two months my E-Express Coffee Maker stopped working. I called the company, and explained the issue. They had me return the coffee maker and replaced it. Wonderful people, very understanding and helpful. I am very grateful
Purchased a small unit and it had a premature failure, which can occur with electronic controlled devices. Contacted the company and the unit was replaced without any hassle. Great PR.
The person on the phone was 100% the sweetest The coffee maker no it does just what the other one did. I am not happy with it and this particular brand at all.
