The warranty service was so prompt and efficient in replacing my Keurig unit when it stopped working. They were quick to correct and error I made that delayed the process. I received a new unit quickly after that and it works well. I might take one star off the rating because this is the second time I have had to replace the unit. My 5* is for the excellent warranty service.
After about 2 months of having this keurig it stopped brewing full cups of coffee. All of a sudden instead of a 12 ounce it will only brew about 4 ounces. I have had this issue with other keurigs in the past but not ones that are this new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
