I purchased a Keurig in November as a Christmas gift and it broke in March. I had to contact Keurig for a replacement, and they made it very difficult as far as verifying the model and serial number. I finally had to return the actual coffee maker and did get a replacement about a week or so later.
Our other Keurig blew up. So I did the right thing and bought another Keurig. The only complaint I have is that my last machine came with a screened K-cup for tea or loose coffee. I kept it in hopes it would work in the new one but it did not. I would love if all new Keurig came with one of these or the screened K-cup was universal for all.
I like the " strong " setting the K- Express offer

This is a great coffee maker, it offers an 8, 10, and 12 oz. setting along with a " strong" setting for those of us who like a little kick in our morning brew. I know also that Keurig stands behind their products from past experience. I would highly recommend this coffee brewer to anyone.
We are 1 1/2 weeks into using this brewer & so far it hasn’t broke yet. This brewer is suppose to be an “upgrade” to the one we previously bought. Keurig has sent us 3 replacements since the last brewer was garbage! We’ll see if this one makes it longer than 3 months!
When I bought the one before the one you sent me, I noticed that the descaler light was on. I waited a month and descaled it but the light would not go out. It was a bad one to start with. Not this one! Thanks!
