We are 1 1/2 weeks into using this brewer & so far it hasn’t broke yet. This brewer is suppose to be an “upgrade” to the one we previously bought. Keurig has sent us 3 replacements since the last brewer was garbage! We’ll see if this one makes it longer than 3 months!
When I bought the one before the one you sent me, I noticed that the descaler light was on. I waited a month and descaled it but the light would not go out. It was a bad one to start with. Not this one! Thanks!
I bought my first Keurig a few months ago, and had an issue when cleaning it. I reached out to the C.S. team and they were super helpful! Very impressive coming from a big company and I was calling about a lower end machine but they still treated me with so much respect.
The 89 yr. old gentleman I was helping, had the brewer just over a month. He called me because the process to return is so difficult. It was even hard for me. Had to take 3 photos and attach them, even after the serial # and receipt should be enough proof. I was then denied due to a missing picture that was later found. The process required is a mess. The gentleman said he will never buy a Keurig again.
The warranty service was so prompt and efficient in replacing my Keurig unit when it stopped working. They were quick to correct and error I made that delayed the process. I received a new unit quickly after that and it works well. I might take one star off the rating because this is the second time I have had to replace the unit. My 5* is for the excellent warranty service.
