This coffeemaker was sent as a replacement for a faulty Keurig coffeemaker. Within days it started to operate incorrectly. It’s such a hassle to report a faulty brewer with Keurig that I’m done.
K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker On the plus side, the machine is very fast, has a slim design and the coffee is hotter than the eight to twelve carafe machine we were using for a number of years; of course, no more grinding the beans. Also I often tossed a lot of coffee if I made too much. On the con side, all the medium roast blends I ordered tasted more of the bold dark side, not bad in itself but not what thought we would get. Peeling off the foil covers, dumping the grounds in the trash then rinsing under a heavy stream in the sink, then finally into the recycle bin for each little cup was a drag. Not the time saving feature I thought Keurig provided. Although more costly in the long run, it's a keeper.

I bought this a few weeks ago when my larger Keurig stopped working after less than a year. And - that was a replacement for the previous one that stopped working. This one is a simpler version. We use reuseable cups and the coffee grounds overflow onto the top of the cup. Online suggests we use less coffee, but that doesn't work. If you go with this one, good luck.
