I originally got this machine to free up counter space, I started with the K cafe. I never had issues with that one, I wish I kept it. The K express has been nothing but a problem. Even every replacement I get, I have issues with. Very disappointed. Wish I could go back to the K cafe honestly.
Nice small, compact yet still a 12 cup coffee/beverage maker. Really like it for convenience and taking up a small space on the counter. Very easy set up except I had to go back and order the filter container and am not sure why that couldn’t be included with the maker…just increase the price and sell them together please. My only reason for not giving this little gem 5 stars is that it does “Spit” a bit out onto the counter when the beverage comes out. I could do without that. All in all it was a good value.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The positive is, they had good service and replaced my coffee maker that was less than a year old with a new one. The negative is it’s the second Keurig that I’ve had quit working in less than a year.
