The joy of life and love was awakening each morning with the K-Express in the heart of our kitchen. Our new K-Express offered the bliss of the java jive touching our lips within minutes of the end of our nightly slumber. Each morning, we would rush to our K-Express to ignite another day of passion for the bean. Suddenly one morning without any warning our K-Express became Expressionless! I was still in the bedroom when I heard HELP! I ran to the kitchen when our eyes met a small tear was slowly fall from my lover's cheek. We held hands and wondered who could help us, without our cup of coffee in our hand processing a plan to survive was almost impossible. I said, what about a help line, what about the Keurig Help Line... Within minutes we were talking to the customer service member or what we believed was a relationship counselor. She asked for date of purchase, she ask if we had a receipt, she told us to relax, she asked us to take a photo of the K-Express and the barcode serial number. With in minutes, she told us new K-Express was on its way to our kitchen somewhat in the same way our K-Express had offered us coffee each morning. We now have our hot coffee, and our love and coffee are now stronger than ever. Thank you, Keurig for great coffee, excellent service and our relationship counselor!
I had issue with my original Keurig. Customer service representative was helpful. After diagnosing she placed an order for new one. So far No issues with new one. Thanks Keurig
I’ve had my Keurig for under a year and had been working great until my friend accidentally ran it when it needed more water. The Keurig ran out of water mid brew and would not work anymore. I called Keurig customer support and they had a new Keurig to me free of charge in less than a week! Was very happy with the quick and friendly service!
I love my K-Express but wish that I never got rid of my original Keurig maker. I consistantly have problems with pods exploding and the K-Express just dying on me after a couple of months of daily use. Thankfully, they give out while under warranty and Keurig is always good about replacing them. When they do work for me, they make a great cup of coffee and offer great convenience. I just wish they would last longer for me.
My K-Express machine was replaced in less than a year. Good thing I did the warranty. It was replaced & I was told I would get with the new machine a new warranty. I tried to put do the new warranty with S/N. It would not take. Keurig said they would take care of it. When I asked they just said taken care of as I asked for a email for confirmation. Never got it! Had no problem with 8 other Keurigs we had during the time & all I wanted was a confirmation via email & cannot get one! It has been 4 weeks & nothing. I still want that confirmation especially with a replacement that had labels missing.Also, beware that the filter system you have to go out & purchase.
This coffee maker is perfect for our purposes. We only make one or two cups each day, so it is the perfect size for us, and we do not have to refill the reservoir every time we want to brew a cup of coffee. That would be too cumbersome.
