I had a problem with my K-Express after several months of having it. I contacted the company online, followed their instructions, was approved for a replacement. Now our early mornings are back on track!!! Thanks!
I called Keith because mine was not working ! There was no fuss they simply had me email info to them and boom the stood behind there product and shipped me a new one 4 days after mine broke I had it at my front door and had a great cup of coffee ! Thank you keurig
This is our 4th Keurig K Express. The lifespan has ranged from less than one year on two of them, to a little over one year for the other two. Keurig honored the one year warranty and replaced our last one, so we are back on track. Honestly, I don't think I would buy this model again much as we like it for ease of use and counter top sizing. Reason being, it's tiresome to have to replace it every year when the larger models go much longer for not much more money. One day, I hope Keurig gets smarter and eliminates the time consuming and very frequent mandatory "Descaling" procedure. Or at least make it more simple. Why not one button cleaning feature?
The Keurig - K-Express Single Serve Coffee Maker is perfect to grab a single last minute coffee or an occasional mid afternoon fix. We had ours for about 3 months, when it stopped (not sure why). However, the warranty, and the customer service was spectacular. I worked with a extremely polite rep, and received a replacement within a week.
I had an issue with smaller Kuerig. I contacted the service department and they sent out new within a few day. I appreciate the prompt and courteous service
I purchased a Keurig K-express. This is my fourth Keurig and so far my favorite. But it started to leak and I called Keurig. I was sent an email with easy replacement instructions. I submitted what was asked and I received a new Keurig in about 4 days. Excellent customer service!

The joy of life and love was awakening each morning with the K-Express in the heart of our kitchen. Our new K-Express offered the bliss of the java jive touching our lips within minutes of the end of our nightly slumber. Each morning, we would rush to our K-Express to ignite another day of passion for the bean. Suddenly one morning without any warning our K-Express became Expressionless! I was still in the bedroom when I heard HELP! I ran to the kitchen when our eyes met a small tear was slowly fall from my lover's cheek. We held hands and wondered who could help us, without our cup of coffee in our hand processing a plan to survive was almost impossible. I said, what about a help line, what about the Keurig Help Line... Within minutes we were talking to the customer service member or what we believed was a relationship counselor. She asked for date of purchase, she ask if we had a receipt, she told us to relax, she asked us to take a photo of the K-Express and the barcode serial number. With in minutes, she told us new K-Express was on its way to our kitchen somewhat in the same way our K-Express had offered us coffee each morning. We now have our hot coffee, and our love and coffee are now stronger than ever. Thank you, Keurig for great coffee, excellent service and our relationship counselor!
