Our Keirig died 4 days after the end of the one year warranty. I called their warranty dovision and they said no problem and honored the replacement. It took a bit of time to recieve due to holiday mailings, but arrived and now we can enjoy the brewed keurig coffee!!
Very pleasant and professional customer service. Very impressed. I wish I remembered the lady's name. Fast service and very easy. New machine works great. I've been using Kureg for 14 years and I'll use them for the next 14 years as well.
Everything was fine. The only problem I'm having is the refillable Keurig pods. I bought the parts that said correct refillable pods and it doesn't fit could you please tell me what kind of Keurig pods I should be buying
