Sergio, from Customer Service, helped me 100%. He guided me through taking apart my original K-Express Server, to see if parts of it were clogged. It wasn’t. He then proceeded to tell me that the registered Server was under warranty, and proceeded to walk me through how the returned server process worked.He told me that I would get a new Server replacement with a one year warranty.

My Keurig was a gift for my brother-in-law. Although I had no receipt, Keurig was very understanding in getting me a replacement. They worked with me and did not hesitate to send me a replacement. This is a great company to deal with. I appreciate their helpfulness.
I love my Keurig coffee maker and was so bummed when it stopped working. But it was warranted and so I called and they came through with my 10 star rating, It was replaced after a little phone supported trouble shooting to no avail. I had a new one delivered within the week. Very much appreciated! Thank you!
It is a fine coffee maker if it lasts. My first one broke in ten days. Keurig replaced it, hopefully it was just a quirk and this one will last a few years. We make about 5-8 coffees in it a day.
