When our single cup machine crapped out my wife was not happy about it all of a sudden no lights and wouldn’t power up ,thankfully krueg accepted my warranty replacement and the new machine arrived very quickly, thanks so much krueg for standing behind your equipment, new machine works perfectly
Thanks so much for replacing my defective K-Express. The new one arrived quickly and works fine. The person who took my call was very helpful and courteous.
Sergio, from Customer Service, helped me 100%. He guided me through taking apart my original K-Express Server, to see if parts of it were clogged. It wasn’t. He then proceeded to tell me that the registered Server was under warranty, and proceeded to walk me through how the returned server process worked.He told me that I would get a new Server replacement with a one year warranty.
