My Keurig was a gift for my brother-in-law. Although I had no receipt, Keurig was very understanding in getting me a replacement. They worked with me and did not hesitate to send me a replacement. This is a great company to deal with. I appreciate their helpfulness.
I love my Keurig coffee maker and was so bummed when it stopped working. But it was warranted and so I called and they came through with my 10 star rating, It was replaced after a little phone supported trouble shooting to no avail. I had a new one delivered within the week. Very much appreciated! Thank you!
It is a fine coffee maker if it lasts. My first one broke in ten days. Keurig replaced it, hopefully it was just a quirk and this one will last a few years. We make about 5-8 coffees in it a day.
I didn’t want to switch from a regular coffeemaker but my son convinced me and I’m so glad I did! How easy it is to make coffee now, so quick and tasty!! I love it!!
I really like this machine because it fits beneath my upper cabinets. It has all the necessary functions and works great while it works. The downside is that it splashes the counter with coffee every time, no matter what size is selected. I will look forward to seeing if the replacement machine lasts beyond the warranty period. I hope so, it's the perfect machine for minimal use
