I hear that you are having problems with the descale light even though the operator follows all the procedures to descale so I hope the replacement (thank you) does not have the same problem and your manufacturer has fixed the problem. The coffee maker finally just quit working so I discarded it a few days before receiving the replacement and thank you for following through on the warranty.
Had a little problem w the machine about 8 months after purchase. However bc it was within the 1 yr warranty it was replaced at lightening speed =) was very surprised by such quick response. Thank you Keurig.
Love machine. Simple- Fast- low noise levels. It was very nice of Kuerig to send this to me free as a replacement machine for one I had that was out of warranty. The original machine had worked great untill Descaling process would not work and rendered it inoperable.
I bought this 3 months ago, loved it, but it stopped working. Contacted the company, answered a few questions, sent two pictures & within a week had my brand new one working again!
I received this coffee maker as a gift over a year ago. It was great! Unfortunately, through user error while cleaning it, I broke it. Without hesitation, the Keurig representative I spoke to over the phone offered a free replacement, even though it was my fault and I was past the one year warranty. Excellent customer service!
