I bought this 3 months ago, loved it, but it stopped working. Contacted the company, answered a few questions, sent two pictures & within a week had my brand new one working again!
I received this coffee maker as a gift over a year ago. It was great! Unfortunately, through user error while cleaning it, I broke it. Without hesitation, the Keurig representative I spoke to over the phone offered a free replacement, even though it was my fault and I was past the one year warranty. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Keurig. Jesus is LORD! May HE bless you abundantly.
When our single cup machine crapped out my wife was not happy about it all of a sudden no lights and wouldn’t power up ,thankfully krueg accepted my warranty replacement and the new machine arrived very quickly, thanks so much krueg for standing behind your equipment, new machine works perfectly
