My K-Express quit dropping water. A nice chat with customer service put me on the road to receiving a replacement as it was still under the 1 year warranty. The step by step process was clear, east to follow, and the results super fast. Always register your coffee maker! Keurig really sticks by its policy! Thank you for a great experience!
I love this coffee pot. My last one I got in in March this yr has a needs cleaning light that would not go out after cleaning. I hope this one will last yrs.
Previous to the replacement I only had it 5 months before it stopped running. Hopefully this one will last longer. My first Keurig lasted me five years and my third Keurig lasted me three years. What does this tell you about the quality in recent years?
It's unfortunate my Keurig failed just short of a year. But Customer Service associates came to bear fruit. I was sent a new maker, and all is great! Big Kudos to All!!!
