I bought it few months ago g. Unfortunately it's stopped working. I contacted customer service and they walked me through the warranty process. A week later I got the replacement unit. The process was prompt and customer service is excellent. Thanks
I could not believe how quickly my Keurig replacemtn coffee maker arrived. I would recommend Keurig to anyone. It is a good company that stands behind its product!
I used my warranty to replace my original Keurig which was under one year old. Keurig finally got it to me- but only after a lot of hassle from the original agent I spoke to on the phone. She wanted to run me through various troubleshooting procedures and it was so frustrating I hung up on her. Called back a few hours later- got a different agent- got my replacement in a professional manner.
