I was so sad when my last one died after only a year, (which is why 4 stars) But the people st Keurig helped me very quickly to replace it with a new one and I'll be forever grateful. It's one of few coffee makers that has a "Strong" function for brewing. If my coffee doesn't make my hair stand on end then what good is that?

I brought the Keurig Express in Dec., 2022 and after six months it quit working. Called the company and they were more than happy to replace it with a new one after I produced the purchase documents they needed. Every person I talked was very pleasant. Keep up the good work Keurig guys.
