I bought a Keurig like almost a year ago. Contact customer service for warranty. They were super quick to it. They just needed a email confirmation from date of purchase and they shipped me a new one asap.
I got mine for a gift at Christmas. A few weeks ago. It stopped working. I call Keurig and explained my issue. We went through few steps to see if we could get it to work, but had no luck. Keurig replaced my unit free of charge. I was totally shocked. No this is a company that stands behind their product.
First one lasted a few days past the 1 year warranty period. Then it simply stopped powering on. While I appreciate Keurig honoring the 1 year warranty, I am obviously hoping this one lasts longer. Here's hoping!
