This replacement was a bit of a pain to get . I was well within the warranty period. A bit of back and forth on pictures they finally sent it out . The replacement did not work . Had to go thru the return again . 2 nd replacement works so far . In all it took about 10 emails for each one . I had no coffee for over two weeks . Happy to have received a working brewer . Both broken ones were returned to the company.
I called about my coffee maker not working. The associate was very helpful and explained the process for replacement to this electronically challenged senior. It was so easy and not frustrating at all.
I bought a single serve K-Express Keurig at the end of November. My water is filtered here by reverse osmosis so the water is the best, between the water and the coffee maker it makes the best coffee ever. At the end of April the coffee maker asked me to descale, which I found odd since I use the best of water. Followed the instructions per the manual and the light never went out even though I descaled three times and ran clean water through it 3 times between each descaling process. Called Keurig and they stood behind their product and name and shipped me a new coffee maker within the week. In today’s world of throw away appliances it’s nice to know that there is a company that stands behind its name. Thank you Keurig!
I like this coffee maker because, my counter space in my kit is small . I an also like that it makes one cup because that is all I usually drink is one cup in the morning! My only concern is this is the second one that I purchased. The first one onl lasted 10 months then the descaling light would not shut after I descaled it. If this happens again I would not purchase another!
I had to call for service, when my descale light on my coffee maker and would not go off. Service was accurate and immediate had replacement in less than 1 week Thank you Keurig.
I bought a Keurig like almost a year ago. Contact customer service for warranty. They were super quick to it. They just needed a email confirmation from date of purchase and they shipped me a new one asap.
