Got this replacement, I love this coffee maker, great for small space in our camper, but unfortunately the first one had a problem with the water flow. Called customer service and they were very friendly and sent me a replacement.
K-express failed soon after purchase but Keurig replaced it under warranty. Warranty replacement process was easy and all good. We will see if replacement coffeemaker lasts.
We love our Keurig Coffee Maker....it is so easy to have a great cup of coffee inplace of making a whole pot or half pot. The service and warranty provided by Keurig is stellar!
I purchased a keurig Kexpress approximately 2-3 months ago, kept the receipt and warranty papers. My Keurig broke down and I called the keurig company seeking the warranty covered replacement. There were professional helpful and prompt with the warranty coverage and I received a new one in a timely manner and they made the return of my old one extremely easy. I’m very thankful for this company and their wonderful customer service and glad to have a coffee maker that works!
