I never wanted a Keurig coffee maker but I received one for my anniversary and LOVED it. after descaling it for the first time after using it 6 months it wouldn't work so I called Keurig and told them the problem. They had me send then a picture of the machine with a picture of the serial number and replaced it with no questions asked stating that a new 1 year warranty would also go along with the new appliance.
Replaced by Keurig for a defective machine, have used Keurig coffee makers for years, but have to say I am very disappointed in this replacement Keurig I’ve received, the coffee I brew seems to hve a bad taste no matter what flavor I try
We like that it’s more compact than our previous Keurig. But we’ve only had it a week and we had two incidences where there were coffee grounds in our coffee, which is why we got rid of the previous one which was about three years old. Is it the K pods or is it the coffee maker?
Very consistently hot coffee! Super simple to use, just fill the back reservoir, put your cup underneath the spout, it you have a tall mug, remove the plate, select size and strength ….. consistent every time!
Original product had issues from first us and after many months ceased to make coffee at all. Contacted Keurig and they just replaced it with a new item.
