The first keurig I bought leaked water at the base. I called customer service and the sent me a brand new machine at no cost. It is working well and I’m very happy with the service.
We’ve been using this for about a month now after having a larger K-Classic with the reservoir on the side. We like the smaller space that it uses, but the reservoir is harder to fill using the spray nozzle on the kitchen faucet (like we did for the old one), and the buttons are harder for my husband’s big fingers to use when he puts a cup on the tray. Still makes good tasting coffee.
My precious K-Express stopped dripping, and when I contacted Keurig, they had me send my previous K-Express to them, and then they sent me a new one. It was a very prompt and convenient process.
Even after getting a replacement for the first one that did not work properly we are still dealing with the same disaster. It works well for about every 3rd or 4th cup. It sprays everywhere, leaks water on the counter, tastes like dishwater even with the "strong button" pushed, We have used other's Keurigs many times over the years and have never heard of any of the these issues. This one is soon going to get tossed and we will never purchase another.
I purchased a K Express to replace a much older Keurig coffeemaker in my office. Unfortunately, the K-Express would not work. I contacted Keurig and they helped me try and remedy the issue but ended up having to replace it. The process was fairly simple and the people I spoke with were very friendly. It took a while, but I have my coffee again. Several people around me are happy and safe again.
