I had decided to gift this product to my mom for her birthday and it was great. However, there was a problem with the machine and I had to give keurig a call. They were so kind to help me and I was able to get a replacement. Now my mom has been using her coffee machine ever since. I recommend to purchase keurig products because of great products and great service. Great gift for the holidays.

I had a Keurig before. It still works, but is beginning to show its age. I’ll use it when I need an extra coffee maker. I love the small size and fast heat up on the new express. I was hoping to get the green, but color availability was lacking. My second choice was gray, but I had to settle for black. It makes good coffee, and that’s what I got it for.

Makes a good cup of coffee

I had my first cup from my new K-Express today. It has an option for strong but it was not really STRONG but it was drinkable and enjoyable. I like the streamline size and it is easy to use. I bought it to replace a Keurig 2.0 model which I had for 5 years. It was too big for the counterspace in my new apartment so I gave it too a friend. This is my 3rd Keurig and I have always been satisfied with the coffee that they make.
