It doesn’t work it will not keep light on and the it won’t stay closed

K-express does it's best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a complimentary k-express machine for review purposes.
I will say that I like the machine's small size and it's simplicity. It does a good job doing what it was designed to do and is quiet doing that job.
It's only flaws are what I feel every single cup/pod coffee machine has. The coffee itself is not great (tried my own grounds with a reusable cup in the past). Then if you get the pods. You create a lot of waste. If someone really insists on getting a Keurig. I would recommend but that would be after I try and get them to go with alternative single cup coffee makers ie french press or aeropress.
I wanted a slim-size Keurig that brews a single cup of coffee. This works perfectly for brewing one cup at a time and then sliding it into the cupboard.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keurig Express

Got this for Christmas and now the descale light is on. We bought Keurig descaling Solution and after using the way the directions say the light is still on. We use bottled water and not our tap water. Tell us why our light is still on after we used the directions accordingly!!??. We love the coffee maker but want the light off after we did what the directions said. Thanks for an answer!!!

But I wish it had the option of a 6 cup for coffee. Also the cover for the water could be attached except being wholly removable to fill the water tank. I tried to register it and was tole it had expired. I bought it about a month ago or less.
