Brand new keurig and it doesn't work. Ir flashes 8 and 12 cups but tou cant even turn it on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My machine broke. Stayed on the phone with tech and we could not fix it. He told me I could purchase a new machine, however, it was twice what I paid for it 5 years ago. Needless to say I did not purchase a new machine.
I like the fact you can choose what size cup you want. No more wasted coffee is a big plus. It’s easy to use too. Sometimes I wish it were a little hotter, but that is an easy fix. Very happy with this coffee maker. Love it!
