Very poor design. There is no way to raise the coffee cup or lower the spout so the coffee splashes against the back of the keurig and over the side of the cup. ALSO, The lowest setting fills a normal coffee cup to the brim so it spills when trying to move it and no room for cream. I want my old Keurig back with which I could just enter the amount of water I wanted to brew.
My machine broke. Stayed on the phone with tech and we could not fix it. He told me I could purchase a new machine, however, it was twice what I paid for it 5 years ago. Needless to say I did not purchase a new machine.
So far so good. I use it on a job sitesfor fresh brews when needed. I really like strong brew option and the small footprint definitely helps for storage.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this slim Keurig brewer to put in my bathroom because-well-I just can’t wait for that 1st cup. Works perfectly like every other Keurig and I would have loved a white one, but didn’t want to pay the extra cost. Nobody but me sees it anyway. I love it.
Brand new keurig and it doesn't work. Ir flashes 8 and 12 cups but tou cant even turn it on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
