Does not get hot enough- only up to about 175 degrees. Was sent a replacement that's not much better. Now, I have three Keurigs and nine gives me a truly hot (192 degree) drink!!
It is so easy to use and my 89 Mother loves it! She is very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

EXCELLENT !coffee maker and company

I had a K Express single serve that stopped working. It was still under warranty. I contacted Keurig and was given clear instructions of what to do to get a replacement. Within a short time my new coffeemaker arrived. I was very impressed with the customer service of the company and will ALWAYS have a Keurig in my kitchen
I can't tell you how surprised I am with this Keurig Express! I purchased it for our camper but after unboxing it and getting everything ready I decided to try it at home. It's been two weeks and it has not made it to the camper yet. This little guy makes one great cup of coffee. It's fast and hot! It's so good that I purchased two more for gifts and they love them too.

WILL NOT WORK

First, I do NOT drink coffee or other hot drinks when it is hot out. So two years ago I had the K-Supreme and I loved it no problems. Then it got warm out so I stopped drinking hot coffee and I am not an iced coffee person. Did what was needed to leave the keyring on the counter for the summer til late fall or winter. When I went to use the maker and it would not work no matter what was done. I had only had the maker for a year. Checked reviews from where I bought it and this website. I decided to do some research before I got another maker. This past spring I bought a K-Express and followed the instructions both to set up and to "store" on my counter. I went to make a cup of coffee about week ago and same thing. It would not work. Tried everything, would not draw water, made sounds like it was drawing water but water didn't go down or come out. I think I am done with Keurig. The older models that first came out when they started with kcups were great but not now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Died Quickly

I purchased the Express model in November of 2022 and used it 5 days of the week for 1-2 cups of coffee. I went to use it on February 1, 2023 and only a dribble came out. The lights flash quickly, then go out. I tried 'resetting' it as recommended, but now it won't even pretend to work. Very disappointed. Worst part is, I have no idea what happened
