I like the size and brew settings, but the maker itself is very fragile. Even with the water tank full it slides out of place when I press the brew button.

This is our second Keurig of this model. We sent our first one in for a warranty replacement.
BOTH units have same issues. Inconsistent quantity of coffee and wouldn’t make a 12oz
serving. Would “NOT” recommend !!!!!!!!!!!!
