Keurig died after 6 months usage. Service rep talked me through potential repair, which didn’t help, so Corporate authorized warranty replacement. So far, so good!
After my Keurig stopped working I found that it was still within the warranty and called Keurig support. They worked quickly to get me a replacement. I received the replacer and it’s great!
The warranty replacement was a wonderful feature and painless. Thank you for standing behind your product. We have another Keurig that we’ve had for several years and it performs beautifully. I’m optimistic with this new one too.
