After my Keurig stopped working I found that it was still within the warranty and called Keurig support. They worked quickly to get me a replacement. I received the replacer and it’s great!
The warranty replacement was a wonderful feature and painless. Thank you for standing behind your product. We have another Keurig that we’ve had for several years and it performs beautifully. I’m optimistic with this new one too.
When my less-than-a-year-old one cup Keurig malfunctioned, I began to navigate the maze of getting it replaced. It was a frustrating journey, but the end result was a new, free coffee maker. I am thankful to have it and am once again enjoying my coffee. Thank you, Keurig.
I like the size and brew settings, but the maker itself is very fragile. Even with the water tank full it slides out of place when I press the brew button.
