I was kind of a three ring circus to get the warranty replacement! Once we jumped through all of the hoops they were very quick to send us out a replacement!!
I've owned 4 keuriga and bought more for gifts Means I'm a big fan The single serve I received originally worked for 2 weeks then kaput Because I had registered this device I had no problems getting a replacement
Keurig died after 6 months usage. Service rep talked me through potential repair, which didn’t help, so Corporate authorized warranty replacement. So far, so good!
