I purchased the same product 6 years ago and it stopped working so I decided to buy another one. If you don't have much time and want you coffee fast this is a good product to own. I am a little disappointed that the first one didn't last longer but 6 years is a long time.
My Tervis is my go to daily tumbler for keeping my water cold. I noticed the outside picture starting to delaminate and was not keeping things cold. Contacted Tervis and response was quick with a replacement.
I was kind of a three ring circus to get the warranty replacement! Once we jumped through all of the hoops they were very quick to send us out a replacement!!
