Was happy to purchase a smaller brewer for our kitchen counter but happiness was short-lived. Fourth cup of coffee was interrupted to Add Water. Cup will over-fill if brewer is re-started and K-Cup may "explode".

This single serve coffee maker is great! Once I learned the importance of using the cleaner, I bought another, even though the first I bought stopped working. It was because of the need to descale, etc.

I am extremely happy with this coffee maker. It makes coffee quickly (no long wait for the water to heat up). I, and my wife, also like the slim design with the reservoir in the back so that it uses less counter space in our small apartment kitchen.

I replaced my Mini after a few years of service. I was happy to have a reservoir and various cup sizes. Problem is, it's hit of miss on 12 oz coffee sizes. My wife like 10oz I like 12oz. it is hit or miss whether i will get a full cup or 1/2 full cup. otherwise it brews fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
