I love the K-Express. Perfect counter space saver coffee maker. My original K-express was not making hot coffee after 10 months I called the warranty 800 number for Keurig. They were so nice and since my warranty was under 1year they replaced my K-Express. I received it with in 4days! Great company! Great Product!
The machine is good. However when replacing Keurig did not inform me that the color was not in stock, I had to inquire about it later which I feel was a negative since it was a warranty replacement. Almost like they wanted me to forget even though I did everything ASAP
