Makes a great cup of coffee easy to load water. Smaller in size a plus. Only this is my 3rd one in 3years seem always a problem when it gets out of warrenty Why I still keep buying same brand is have no answer

My Keurig makes really good coffee! My unit did go bad within the warranty period, and Keurig was good about replacing it. When performing the descaling process, the Keurig products are very expensive. No mention is made in the instructions of substituting with vinegar, which is a fraction of the cost.
