It took 4 phone calls, several emails, all with the same information to get this replacement. Got the felling the company was hoping I’d get discouraged and give up!! Not happening.
The entire process of making a claim to providing the requested information on the form was simple. The new Machine arrived within a few days and it works perfectly. The person I spoke with was very helpful and courteous!
Agent was very thorough and methodical guiding me through performance of several tests on my Keurig. After failing several tests, she determined that the machine was defective and should be replaced. She requested model and serial Number information and advised how to submit additional info relating to my claim. Shipment of the replacement machine was prompt, as promised.
My wife and I are avid coffee drinkers and absolutely love Keurig coffee makers. We bought this little K-Express single serve coffee maker to put in our travel trailer as it is the perfect size and it makes the larger size cups that we like. Thanks Keurig !
