The warranty replacement process was easy and fair. I appreciated the customer reps I worked with during the whole process. They were friendly and helpful and patient with me as we assessed whether or not we needed a replacement or not. When it was determined we needed a replacement , the process was easy peasy! Respond to an email, provide a shipping address and attach a copy of the receipt and a photo of the SN on the machine--that's it!!
