I can’t trust the hose timer

They seem to be ok on scheduled runs. When I use quick run both units first indicate that there is no flow when the faucet remains fully open. In fact, the app continues to display the warning icon indicating no flow even when the sprinkler is running before finally clearing. This requires to me to visually verify each time. I am 5 feet from the device when requesting the quick run and have 500/500 internet speed.

Router for Smart Hose Timer

Right out of the box I found the Rachio router non functional. It does not power up much less run the hose timer.

Work very well. I use them for my vegetable garden and to top off my pool during the summer. Need to remove them for winter though.

Great product with a serious flaw

Awesome easy to use app to control the smart hose timer. Very easy to setup and works flawlessly. The flaw is at the connection between the smart timer and an outdoor spigot. If any amount of pressure is put on this area when adding a duel attachment for two hoses or just attaching a hose to the timer while connected to a spigot, pulls the fitting out of the timer just enough to cause leaking. I have had two smart hose timers to the same thing with little pressure causing the leaks.
